ARTICLE 1 – SHIPPING COVERAGE

1.1 Service areas include all valid addresses within the mainland United States and Canada.
1.2 Restricted Items:
 (a) Lithium battery-equipped products (see Article 6 for protocols)
 (b) Oversized components (exceeding 120" length + width + height)
 (c) Hazardous materials per IATA DGR 65th Edition

ARTICLE 2 – DELIVERY TIMEFRAME & COSTS

2.1 Delivery Estimates:
 - Calculated based on:
  ✓ Inventory availability at fulfillment centers
  ✓ Selected shipping method (Standard/Expedited)
  ✓ Carrier transit benchmarks

2.2 Freight Charges:
 - Dimensional weight pricing applied per:
  ✓ UPS Standard® 2025 Rate Calculator (Divisor: 139 in³/lb)
 - All weights rounded up to the nearest whole pound.

ARTICLE 3 – CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

3.1 In-Stock Orders:
 - Dispatched within 10 business days via UPS Standard®
 - Tracking# provided (signature required)
 - Transit: 5–10 calendar days (including weekends)

3.2 Backordered Items:
 - Shipped directly from the China manufacturing facility
 - Estimated transit: 45–60 calendar days post-carrier pickup

ARTICLE 4 – UNITED STATES SHIPMENTS

4.1 Fulfillment Options:
 (a) UPS Standard® Cross-Border Service:
  - Transit: 5–10 business days from Canadian warehouses
  - Fees:
   • Base rate per UPS Zone Chart 2025
   • Surcharges:
    - Residential delivery: 4.20/package    −Oversize(>130"L+W+H):4.20/package    −Oversize(>130"L+W+H):85/package

 (b) Direct China OEM Shipment:
  - Transit: 30–50 calendar days via CMA CGM eCommerce

4.2 Non-Contiguous States:
 - Alaska/Hawaii orders require pre-shipment approval
 - Subject to 18.5% surcharge (FOB Origin Incoterms® 2020)

ARTICLE 5 – LITHIUM BATTERY PROTOCOLS

5.1 Mandatory Separation:
 - Batteries >100Wh capacity must ship separately from bicycles
 - Integrated systems require UN38.3 + MSDS documentation

5.2 Fees & Compliance:
 (a) Surcharge: $28.50/unit (UN3481 hazardous handling fee)
 (b) Dimensional weight: 166 in³/lb (vs. standard 139 in³/lb)
 (c) Packaging must display:
  ✓ Class 9 Lithium Battery Label (IATA PI 965 Section II)
  ✓ 38mm × 38mm hazard stickers on two sides

5.3 Documentation:
 - Submit Lithium Battery Declaration Form pre-shipment

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY & INSURANCE

6.1 UPS Liability Limits:
 - Maximum compensation: **100/lb∗∗(cappedat100/lb∗∗(cappedat50,000)
 - High-value items (>$50,000): Require Declared Value Service

6.2 Insurance:
 - Base coverage: 100included −Enhanced:0.8100 included 

ARTICLE 7 – DUTIES & TAXES

 - UPS Standard®: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
 - Recipient responsible for Canadian import duties

7.2 Optional Prepayment:
 - UPS Duty Prepaid: 3.5% handling fee

ARTICLE 8 – PROHIBITED ITEMS

8.1 UPS Standard® Restrictions:
 - Weapons, cash, perishables
